EXTENDED RETURNS

Extended Returns period to 7th of January 2021 for all orders placed from 1st of December to 25th of December 2020.

We are happy to accept a return if you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) purchased. Simply request to return these item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit. Once your return has been confirmed you then have 5 business days to return the item(s) to us.

Full-priced items can be returned for a refund or store credit.

Items on Sale can be returned for a refund or store credit, provided they are not marked as 'Final Sale' (included in the description or the conditions of a special promotion) in which case Final Sale items cannot be returned. Sale purchases made using an additional promotional code are also Final Sale and cannot be returned unless otherwise stated.

Should you wish to exchange for another style or size, you will have to return the original item and then place a new order.

Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all original tags and associated packaging. 

 

Delivery Information

All orders placed after 22 December 2020 will be shipped on 11 January 2021. All orders will be upgraded to express delivery. Please view information on delivery timeframes and  carriers below.

We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours.  You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you. This email will include your tracking information.

When checking out please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays. Please also add a phone number, as couriers will use this to contact you if they are having difficulty delivering your parcel.  All shipments require a signature upon delivery unless specified otherwise and at the customer's risk. 

Please note we do not post to PO Boxes. We are unable to re-route orders once they have been sent. Delivery timeframes are just an indication and No Ordinary will not be held accountable for longer delivery times. Cancellations will not be accepted due to late delivery.

We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at the receiver's end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country. For further details on our shipping policies, please refer to the Customs Information page.

 

RETURNS 

For all return/exchange requests, please contact us at shop@no-ordinary.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide us with your order number and a brief reason for the return/exchange. All items need to be returned within 7 days of your order and all return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using an insured shipping or postage method.

Once your item has been received by us your new item will be sent to you within five working days. Once the item has been sent we will advise you of the item's tracking number and expected arrival date. If you have opted for a refund, this will be  processed in the original form of payment within five working days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

 

FAULTS

We take all possible lengths to ensure the best quality of our products. Unfortunately, in some instances, faults can occur. Should you receive a faulty product please contact us as soon as you discover the fault at shop@no-ordinary.com Once we receive the item we will repair, replace or refund the item within 10 days of receipt. If the item is faulty we will refund to you the costs of returning the item and cover all shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item.

 

CUSTOMS INFORMATION

Title for shipped merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Depending on the destination and product you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. No Ordinary is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. When ordering from No Ordinary you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information.
